Joachim B. Schmidt receives the ›Glauser Prize‹

Joachim B. Schmidt has been awarded the ›Glauser Prize‹ for his novel Kalmann and the Sleeping Mountain. The ›Glauser Prize‹ is awarded every year by the German Society of Mystery Writers, the ›Syndikat‹, formed by 800 authors from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. There are five prize categories: novel, debut, short story, YA mystery, lifetime achievement. The novel category comes with an honorarium of EUR 5'000. The award ceremony took place on 18 May in Hanover. Congratulations, Joachim B. Schmidt!
